Should come with clear instructions and warnings, had the whole top cushion come off mid poke when I had made sure it was tight. It was tilted in the wrong direction and slipped out anyways. I corrected my mistake and it works fine now, but a small warning would have been nice! All in all, it’s a really good deal and has been extremely useful.
