The Javelin Spear is built with a smooth-running 4.5 watt motor with a well-rounded 3.5mm stroke that is capable of lining, shading, and packing color.  It is designed to utilize all brands of standard tattoo needle cartridges, so it has the versatility of the huge selection of different needle cartridges from bugpin liners, power liners, weaved/tight/power/curved/flat magnums, the sky is the limit on the kind of work you will be able to do.  It lines like a mad bull yet gently shades in tones and colors beautifully and effortlessly..  It features an incremental needle depth adjustment and a very good balanced profile.  The Matrix Portable Power Supply is a marvel of ingenuity that utilizes a RCA plug to jack into the tattoo pen vertically.  The built in 2000 mAh rechargeable lithium battery is capable of up to 5 hours of run time. It features a simple single button operation that switches between voltage, % battery and voltage adjustment of 4.5-12 volts.
